Week 10 Start 'em

QUARTERBACKS

Jameis Winston, TB (vs. CHI): The Bears pass defense is not that bad, ranked 12th in the league, but the Bucs might be forced to throw a lot in this game.
Other good starts: Jay Cutler, CHI (at TB); Carson Wentz, PHI (vs. ATL)

RUNNING BACKS

Jonathan Stewart, CAR (vs. KC): The Chiefs allow the 6th-most rushing yards per game and Stewart will get plenty of goal line looks should the Panthers move into the red zone.
Other good starts: Darren Sproles, PHI (vs. ATL); Ty Montgomery, GB (at TEN)

WIDE RECEIVERS

Jarvis Landry, MIA (at SD): Landry is listed as questionable, so make sure you check his status before starting him, but if he plays, he has a very favorable matchup against the Chargers. Other Dolphins receivers, likewise.
Other good starts: Denver Broncos WRs, DEN (at NO); Jordan Matthews, PHI (vs. ATL)

TIGHT ENDS

Zach Miller, CHI (at TB): The Bucs have the sixth-worst pass defense in the NFL and Miller could be primed for a big day.
Other good starts: Tyler Eifert, CIN (at NYG); Zach Ertz, PHI (vs. ATL)

KICKERS

Brandon McManus, DEN (at NO): The Saints give up nearly 30 points per game, third-worst in the NFL.
Other good starts: Chandler Catanzaro, ARI (vs. SF); Nick Novak, HOU (at JAX)

DEFENSES

New York Jets, NYJ (vs. LA): The Rams are the lowest scoring team in the league, averaging just over 16 points per game. They also average the second-fewest yards per game.
Other good starts: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, TB (vs. CHI); Jacksonville Jaguars, JAX (vs. HOU)

Week 10 Sit 'em

QUARTERBACKS

Kirk Cousins, WAS (vs. MIN): Minnesota has struggled recently, but more so against the run. They currently have the fourth-ranked pass defense.
Other bad starts: Russell Wilson, SEA (at NYG); Colin Kaepernick, SF (at ARI)

RUNNING BACKS

Spencer Ware, KC (at CAR): Ware returns from a concussion but runs right into a Panthers run defense wall.
Other bad starts: Jeremy Hill, CIN (at NYG); Todd Gurley, LA (at NYJ)

WIDE RECEIVERS

Brandin Cooks, NO (vs. DEN): Cooks faces the top-ranked pass defense in the league this week and likely will meet his struggles.
Other bad starts: Allen Robinson, JAX (vs. HOU); DeAndre Hopkins, HOU (at JAX)

TIGHT ENDS

Martellus Bennett, NE (vs. SEA): Bennett has been hobbled by an ankle injury, he faces a tough Seahawks pass defense, and he’s not getting much attention with Rob Gronkowski playing so well.
Other bad starts: Coby Fleener, NO (vs. DEN); Jacob Tamme, ATL (at PHI)

KICKERS

Steven Hauschka, SEA (at NE): The Seahawks face the No. 2-ranked scoring defense in New England.
Other bad starts: Dustin Hopkins, WAS (vs. MIN); Chris Boswell, PIT (vs. DAL)

DEFENSES

Philadelphia Eagles, PHI (vs. ATL): The Falcons average a league-high 33.9 points per game and second-best 429.2 yards per game.
Other bad starts: Miami Dolphins, MIA (at SD); Pittsburgh Steelers, PIT (vs. DAL)
