The Houston Texans released wide receiver Chris Conley on Friday to make room for newly signed tight end O.J. Howard on the active roster. In his lone season with Houston last year, Conley caught 22 of his 37 targets for 323 yards and only two touchdowns in 16 games (10 starts).
