Houston Texans quarterback Davis Mills will make his second straight start for the team in Week 11 when they visit the Titans, since C.J. Stroud (concussion) will miss a second straight contest. Last week, Mills led the team to a big comeback win in Week 10 over the Jaguars by running for the game-winning touchdown to go with his 20 rushing yards and throwing for 292 yards and two touchdowns.
