The Cincinnati Bengals have cleared rookie running back Chase Brown (hamstring) to practice by designating him for return from Injured Reserve. The team also signed quarterback Drew Plitt to their practice squad and placed offensive lineman Jaxson Kirkland on the practice-squad injured list.
