Carolina Panthers wide receiver David Moore (elbow) has been ruled out for the remainder of his team's Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots, according to Joseph Person of The Athletic. Moore had not been targeted before getting injured, but he had recorded a 12-yard carry. With Moore sidelined, Panthers wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan should see an even larger role in the passing game.
