Hayden Hurst Remains Out Of Practice
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst (concussion) missed the Week 12 game against the Tennessee Titans while in concussion protocol. The veteran seems to be dealing with a significant concussion stemming from Week 11 because he is still not practicing on Wednesday ahead of Week 13. Carolina is slated to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. The Buccaneers' defense has been strong against fantasy tight ends so all Panthers' tight ends will be off the fantasy radar. Hayden Hurst Finishes With 54 Receiving Yards In Week 9
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst caught two of his four targets for 54 yards in a 27-13 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9. Hurst's 54-yard effort goes down as his best finish of the season and was good enough for him to lead the Panthers in receiving in the loss to the Colts. Hurst did most of his damage on a 48-yard reception early in the fourth quarter. Still hard to trust in fantasy despite the big game, the veteran tight end will take on the Chicago Bears in Week 10. Hayden Hurst Catches One Pass In Loss To Miami
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst continued to disappoint in his first year with the team in the 42-21 blowout loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 6 on Sunday. Hurst finished the contest with one catch on three targets for a 16-yard gain in the passing attack. Many expected the 30-year-old to be busy in Carolina as a safety blanket for rookie quarterback Bryce Young underneath, but that hasn't really been the case through six weeks of the 2023 campaign. Hurst has just one reception in ... [Read More]
Hayden Hurst A TE2 In Week 5
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst managed to catch just one pass for seven yards in a Week 4 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. Hurst found the end zone in Week 1 but has struggled to make an impact since then, catching just five passes over his past three games. He does draw a great matchup in Week 5 as he will face off against a Detroit Lions defense that is allowing the third-most fantasy points to tight ends through the first four games of the season. Hurst settles in as a low-end TE2 ... [Read More]
Hayden Hurst A TE2 In Week 4
Carolina Panthers tight end Hayden Hurst has become an afterthought in his team's offense after a solid Week 1, drawing just six targets over his past two games. Hurst will look to get things going again in Week 4's home matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Minnesota has been a decent matchup for tight ends through three weeks, allowing the 11th-most fantasy points per game to the position. Hurst remains a risky play thanks to his lack of involvement in the offense of late, leaving him as a ... [Read More]
