Commanders Place Noah Brown on Injured Reserve
The Washington Commanders announced on Wednesday that they placed wide receiver Noah Brown (groin, knee) on Injured Reserve. After already missing the team's last four games with groin and knee injuries, Brown will now be forced to miss at least four more games and will not be eligible to return until the Week 11 game on Sunday, Nov. 11, against the Miami Dolphins. Washington has also been without top wideout Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) for the last several games, leading to Deebo Samuel Sr.... [Read More]
Noah Brown Ruled Out for Week 4
Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin, knee) has officially been ruled out for Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons. Brown has managed to play in just two games so far in 2025, recording three catches for 36 yards on seven targets. With both Brown and star Commanders wideout Terry McLaurin (quad) sidelined in Week 4, Washington will turn to Deebo Samuel Sr., Jaylin Lane, Luke McCaffrey, and Chris Moore to anchor its wide receiver corps. Even with Commanders quarterback ... [Read More]
Noah Brown Misses Practice on Wednesday
Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin, knee) was listed as a DNP in Wednesday's practice, according to Ben Standig. Head coach Dan Quinn has often used Wednesday as a rest day for veterans, which he did here for a number of guys, but it's more likely ... [Read More]
Noah Brown Won't Play in Week 3
Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin) has been ruled out for the Week 3 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Unsurprisingly, Brown will be sidelined after not practicing since exiting early during last Thursday's game against the Green Bay Packers. For now, Brown should be treated as day-to-day, but he could be headed towards a stint on the injured reserve. Jaylin Lane and Luke McCaffrey figure to split up playing time as the third wideout in Washington. Neither player has ... [Read More]
Noah Brown Won't Practice on Wednesday
Washington Commanders wide receiver Noah Brown (groin) will not practice on Wednesday, although head coach Dan Quinn was more encouraged about Brown than he was on Monday, according to Zach Selby of Commanders.com. On Monday, Quinn said Brown was a long shot to play in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders. The 29-year-old might still be fighting an uphill battle to play this weekend, but it's clear he's making progress after he injured his groin in Thursday night's loss to the Green Bay ... [Read More]
