Raiders Want A No. 1 Wide Receiver
The Athletic's Vic Tafur and Tashan Reed write that the Los Vegas Raiders want a No. 1 wide receiver to pair with Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker. Depending on what happens with Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins -- he's expected to be franchise-tagged as the Bengals work out a long-term extension -- he'd be the top option for the Raiders if he's available via a trade. Cooper Kupp and Stefon Diggs (knee) are also available, but they aren't "X" receivers who have the size, speed and ... [Read More]
Tre Tucker Sees Four Targets Against Jaguars
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker wasn't much of a contributor in the team's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. He posted two receptions for 41 yards on four targets and received one carry which went eight yards in the wrong direction. Tre Tucker Limited Again On Wednesday
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker (hip) was listed as limited on Wednesday in the team's second practice of the week. Tucker may have to upgrade to a full practice on Thursday to avoid a questionable designation going into Friday's Week 13 contest versus the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs. Since the Raiders traded Davante Adams to the New York Jets, Tucker has been the WR2 in Vegas behind Jakobi Meyers in a very lackluster offense. He played 84% of the offensive snaps in last ... Tre Tucker To Again Face Broncos Defense That Stymied Him Previously
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker will face the divisional rival Denver Broncos again in Week 12. They held him to just two catches for 18 yards and eight rushing yards in Week 5. Denver has a stingy pass defense that smothered the second-year pro just a few short months ago. It's hard to see this playing out differently. Tucker has been on a cold streak of games, failing to log above 50 yards receiving since Week 3. He's a gadget player that gets some work in the running game, but not... [Read More]
