Atlanta Falcons head coach Arthur Smith said he will not make an announcement on the team's starting quarterback yet for Week 12 against the New Orleans Saints with the team heading into their bye in Week 11. The Arizona Cardinals are hoping to open the 21-day practice window for running back James Conner (knee) this week. Conner is on Injured Reserve and has missed the last four games, but he will be eligible to return in Week 10 against the Atlanta Falcons.
