The San Francisco 49ers worked out veteran free-agent wide receivers Mohamed Sanu, Adam Humphries and Tajae Sharpe on Monday. Veteran free-agent wide receiver Mohamed Sanu is signing with the Miami Dolphins on Tuesday, according to his agent, Mike McCartney. Sanu joins a crowded receiver depth chart in Miami that includes Tyreek Hill, Jaylen Waddle, Cedrick Wilson Jr. and Trent Sherfield, among others.
